Simin Qiu: a water-saving spiral jet bathroom faucet

A faucet with a unique water flow.

Until now, bathroom faucets have mostly focused on the design of the faucet itself, while we were all greeted with a similar, "boring" jet. Simin Qiu, a design student at the Royal College of Art in London, created a real artistic performance from the water jet and introduced a pinch of magic into the fittings. But the faucet is not just a good look, as it reduces water consumption by 15%.

Simin Qiu has created a modern and sophisticated bathroom faucet, which not only has a beautiful design but also stream or a water stream that resembles water arrangement from outside some casino in Las Vegas. But the bathroom faucet is not only a "showpiece", it is also ecologically aware. The double turbine that allows the spiral flow of water together with the mesh creates a beautiful water creature that your bathroom has never seen before. At the same time, the turbines limit the water flow by 15%, which means that water consumption is much lower.

They are available three different nozzles, which offer three different water-saving designs, the water is let into the sink through the faucet by pressing a button. In 2014, this conceptual faucet also won an award IF Design.
