The French pastry shop Fétiche Patisserie especially delights us in the summer months with a wide selection of ice creams that according to their own recipes, they prepare only natural ingredients. Their fruit ice creams do not contain dairy products, but only fresh fruit or 100% fruit purees, which they use mainly for exotic flavors such as mango. Milk-based ice creams contain whole milk and organically processed cream from the hills of Bohinj. In their ice creams with nuts, they use only the most recognized ones, such as pistachios from Sicily and hazelnuts from Piedmont, and add real egg yolks to them.
