World Health Organization (WHO) has revealed the winners of the competition "the drunkest country in the world". It ranks first among the countries that drink the most alcohol annually Belarus. The country of about 9.5 million people is known as the last Eastern European dictatorial state and is the only one where the death penalty can befall us. We can imagine that the rosy living conditions also affect the amount of alcohol consumed. The average resident of Belarus drinks as much as 14.37 liters of alcohol per year, which is about four drinks a day. It earned second place on the list of the drunkest countries Andorra, a small country where we do not pay tax when buying alcohol. Ours Slovenia she landed in a (deserved) 23rd place.
