Of course, we all know Marinka Dobnik, the owner of the Dobnik chocolate atelier. She is the first to plow the fallow land in the production of chocolate products here, and as she says herself: "Chocolate is my life." She herself swears by dark chocolate with a high content of cocoa parts, which has a positive effect on human health.
All products from the Dobnik studio follow the guidelines of high quality. They ensure this through manual work, natural and high-quality ingredients and the use of real chocolate. There are never and never will be preservatives in their pralines and chocolates, because eating them fresh would inevitably kill their charm. New recipes are constantly being tested in our chocolate shop; we change and improve the old ones. The selection of products follows the seasons. At the moment, dark chocolate with herbs, liqueurs and brandy is in vogue. For complete enjoyment with dark chocolate, we recommend a glass of cognac or sweet wine.
In the month of December, when everything smells of cinnamon, mulled wine, chocolate and almonds, they once again surprised us with the new winter bonbon box Winter collection, with which we will be able to shorten the cold winter evenings. Bonbonjero is characterized by handmade pralines such as roasted almonds, sesame, cinnamon and cointreau. Of course, with excellent chocolate, without preservatives, artificial flavors or dyes.
