There is nothing better than lying on the grass in a short t-shirt and trousers, sandals and with a hat on your head, listening to a piece of your favorite band echoing not far away, above the crowd of people who came there for the same reason - to consume festival music atmosphere with a full spoon. While the hustle and bustle of the city already raises questions about which music festivals must be caught this year, we searched for the best in Europe.
1. International Benicassim Festival, Spain
Serious music fans are probably the only ones besides Spaniards who have heard of the international Benicassim festival. Benicassim is a small port town between Barcelona and Valencia that hosts a fantastic music festival every year. It offers four unforgettable days of alternative rock, electronic music, and is also known for a good rave. This year's program between July 17 and 20 will be varied - with The Kasabians, Paul Weller and Lily Allen at the head, but they also join them Chase & Status, Ellie Goulding, Tame Impala, Sub Focus and others.

2. Roskilde Festival, Denmark

A famous Belgian festival Pukkelpop takes place in the middle of August, between August 14 and 16 to be exact, in a huge wooded area near Hasselt and attracts more than 180 thousand visitors every year. The program for the second biggest festival in Belgium is always voted by the fans. 7. Pinkpop Festival, Netherlands
