Golf is too expensive a sport for you, and you don't play soccer because you have two left feet. Maybe it's time to try footgolf, a young recreational sport discipline that emerged in 2006, and the first tournament as we know it today was organized in 2008 in the Netherlands. Since then, his popularity has spread like wildfire, and after "foot golf" drove America crazy, he also set foot on Slovenian soil in the spring. You can play a game of footgolf in Bovec, Piran and Ptuj.
Foot golf is exactly what its name suggests. Golf played with the foot. The rules of the game are taken from golf, except that you do not hit the ball with a club, but a soccer ball with your foot. That Slovenia quickly put itself on the footgolf map is evidenced by the fact that the first foot golf course in Slovenia in Bovec, which was opened on May 26, 2015 (within the Golf Club Bovec golf course), has already hosted European Championship (the final tournament of the European Championship, which takes place under the auspices of the EFGF Footgolf Association). The first World Championship was hosted by Hungary in 2012 in Budapest.
