For the tallest wooden high-rise in the world HoHo Tower, in which they will be offices, the hotel, restaurant and wellness, allocated 65 million euros of funds, which three quarters the entire building will be made of wood (except for the concrete structure in the middle and the elevator). They will be in these ways, according to the architects' predictions saved 2,800 tons of carbon dioxide emissions compared to a high-rise building made of concrete. This is as much as if you drove a car 40 kilometers every day for the next 1,300 years. The biggest challenges in building such a tall wooden building are, above all statics, fire protection and higher costs from conventional concrete construction.
