Where did you get the inspiration for opening the wellness studio SPREMENI.SE?
The desire for a corner where individuals could come for my support has been in me for a long time. The decision to open a studio came about organically, through various situations and contacts with inspiring people.
What are you most proud of in your life so far?
I am proud of the fact that I have learned to accept positively and, above all, to learn from negative life situations. I am a fighter by nature and the role of victim is simply not for me.
What was the key point that marked the decision to change your lifestyle?
One morning I simply woke up and felt that the time had come to start giving back the support I had received over the fifteen years at various workshops, through my work and from random people.
You seem to know the secret formula by which we can change our way of life for the better and breathe more easily. Do you trust us?
It seems like she has a magic wand, doesn't it? However, we must realize that each of us has this magic wand. It's just that not everyone uses it. If we want a better life, let's simply change it and stop shifting the responsibility for our happiness to other people. Let's stop looking for obstacles and instead discover all our hidden potentials.

What made you decide to help people change their lifestyle with a holistic approach?
I believe that the changes we make to ourselves are only permanent if we achieve them on all levels – physical, emotional and energetic. Instant solutions are unfortunately short-lived and quickly lead back to the old lifestyle.
Among other things, you are a professional pilates instructor. What can this form of exercise offer us and how does your approach to exercise differ from what other providers offer?
I got to know Pilates better because of my own back problems, which disappeared with exercise. In doing so, I realized how important the spine is, that it is our life energy. Pilates is basic hygiene for our spine. I work in small groups, which allow a more authentic contact with the participants, whom I want to teach about the importance of taking care of a healthy spine and how to get in touch with your body.
Life Coaching promises that we can "take life into our own hands". Can you tell us more about it?
Life coaching is a skill where I help people discover potentials that they cannot find in themselves. It is the art of conversation, through which an individual finds the right solution that is most suitable for him at a given moment.
Access Bars are a novelty in the field of relaxation energy techniques. What good does it bring to our lives and to whom do you particularly recommend it?
With the help of the Access Bars technique, we eliminate blockages and tensions on both a physical and psychological level. In life, we accumulate a lot of patterns - attitudes, opinions and beliefs - which limit us too often in life. The technique works on a subconscious level and is suitable for everyone.
To top it all off, you also received an education in the field of nutrition. What do you think is the key to a healthy diet and do you believe in diets?
Diets don't work period. If diets worked, everyone in the world would be skinny. With the knowledge of nutritionism, I provide nutrition coaching, which means that I teach the individual to find a suitable eating style for him. Each of us needs something different, but above all we must learn to distinguish between the physical and emotional need for food.
What does "healthy lifestyle" mean to you?
A healthy way of life for me means waking up in the morning with a smile on my face and going to sleep in the evening. So that I can take care of my body, learn and grow as a person. That I am satisfied with myself, that I live and not live.
