All loyal visitors of the Open Kitchen, who smell the delicious morsels from the popular Ljubljana food market even in the colder months, can from now on prepare the gastronomic discoveries of the Open Kitchen themselves in the shelter of our home. Namely, a collection of recipes of the most celebrated dishes from Pogačarjev trg has been published.
For the organizers of the Friday gatherings on Ljubljana's Pogačarjev trg, late autumn does not yet mean warming up for winter sleep. These days, the first book was published by the Totaliteta publishing house Open kitchen, a collection in which original recipes of the most popular dishes from the most popular food market in Ljubljana have been collected.
The Open Kitchen book is a great guide to travel through different cuisines, continents, flavors, cooking techniques and diverse ingredients captured in simple notes and enhanced with photographs taken exclusively on Open kitchens.
Open kitchen has become a place for traditional Friday gatherings in two years. Although the doors of the second season closed recently, its organizers made sure that from now on, popular recipes from the Ljubljana food market can also be prepared at home.
