Many foods are prepared with oil. Unnecessary fats, which we take with us to the plate and eat, lead to obesity, that is why the advertising agency BBDO Bangkok and the Thai foundation Health Promotion Foundation have created the innovative AbsorbPlate plate, which drains the excess fat in which the food is soaked.
Every one oil is 100% fat, and fat is considered the most caloric food of all. The bad news is that a lot of food is prepared with oil, but the good news is that there is a plate AbsorbPlate, who "cleans up" the napkin and takes everything away excess fat, which ends up on the plate.

It is a plate perforated (mushroom texture) and boasts a char 500 holes, which drain excess fat "downstairs" (up to 7 milliliters, which is somewhere 30 kilocalories), which accumulates around food. Watch the video to see how the plate works in practice.
