They use organic materials for the clothes, which are designed in Finland and manufactured in an Indian factory. Two percent of the profit goes directly to India to support the education system there or for related purposes. Unlike many other European companies, Mainio also carefully monitors the situation at the factory in India and has no problem showing photos of the production facility to the world.
