Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Ljubljana: Who gets the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Award?

Only one more day separates us from Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Ljubljana, the official fashion week of the renowned German car brand, at which one of the promising candidates will be awarded the prestigious Mercedes-Benz Fashion Award. Who are the candidates and who are the members of the jury below...

Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Ljubljana, official fashion week of the German car brand, approaching at lightning speed. In addition to top fashion shows, there will be many other events from October 28 to 31, including a prestigious award Mercedes-Benz Fashion Award.

In the automotive world, as in fashion, design is the center and the most visible element of a brand's success. Of course, creators and visitors are equally important a celebration of fashion, design and beauty they also build. The expert jury will start awarding the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Award for the further development of the profession. The prestigious prize will be awarded to the designer who will demonstrate the greatest degree of originality, aesthetics, usability and connection of the idea with the starting points with her work. The winner will receive the Mercedes-Benz Award, an amount worth one thousand euros and the opportunity to participate in the future Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Ljubljana.

This time he is leading the jury Nataša Peršuh, designer and associate professor at the Faculty of Science and Technology, are members of the jury Elena Fajt, designer and associate professor, Faculty of Science and Technology, Sašo Radovič, program and artistic director of Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Ljubljana and Bullet Kejžar, representative of the Mercedes-Benz brand.

Nataša Peršuh, as a respected representative of the profession and mentor of many young creators, chose 9 young promising individuals, who attracted her attention with their ideas, insight and creative spirit, some of them are also students of the Faculty of Science and Technology. Their pieces will be presented as part of the accompanying program of the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Ljubljana. They will be on display in the large reception room of Cankarjev dom, namely between 29 and 31 October 2015.
