Ingredients for chocolate Easter cheesecake egg:
- 1 large chocolate egg
- 1 package of graham crackers
- 300 grams of cream cheese
- 150 grams of powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 0.5 liters of sweet cream
- the flesh of two ripe mangoes
- 10 strawberries
- some vanilla extract
Preparation of chocolate Easter cheesecake eggs:
Grind the graham crackers into fine crumbs. Put it aside. For the cheese filling, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and lemon juice. Whip the sweet cream until stiff (be careful not to over whip it) and then add it to the cream cheese mixture. Add the vanilla extract and mix well. Set aside. Now prepare the egg. Place the chocolate egg on something stable and hit the top with a spoon until it starts to break slowly (but only on the top). Carefully remove the broken parts of the chocolate, and the egg should be half open. Place a few spoonfuls of crushed biscuits on the bottom of the egg, then fill the egg with the cheese mixture until it is almost full. Place in the refrigerator for an hour. In the meantime, blend the mango and strawberries, which you have covered with lemon juice, in a blender to get a thick mass. When you take the egg out of the fridge, use a spoon to make a hole in the middle of the egg. Fill the hole with 'yolk', a mixture of mango and strawberry. Have a good run!
