A recipe and a simple trick to make the perfect popcorn

Popcorn baking can be quite a difficult and much more laborious task than it seems at first glance. Not only do all the grains rarely burst during baking, most of them quickly stick to the bottom of the pan and even burn. The perfect popcorn recipe

Ingredients for the perfect popcorn:

  • 3 teaspoons of coconut fat
  • 1/3 cup popcorn kernels
  • 1 teaspoon butter for dressing
  • salt

Preparation instructions perfect popcorn:
Melt the coconut fat in a pan and add salt to it if desired. Place 4 grains in the oil and cover the pan. When the grains pop, cover the bottom of the pan with the remaining grains. Cover the pan and remove from the heat. We count to 30 (you can also out loud, which will especially please our youngest) and return the pan to the cooker. This simple trick will cause all the beans to burst at once. While cracking evenly, move the pan left and right. When the popping slows down, remove the pan from the stove and pour the perfect popcorn into a large bowl. Melt the butter in a pan that is still hot and pour it over the popcorn in the bowl. If desired, add additional salt and serve.
