Recipe for lasagna with pancakes:
Ingredients for lasagna with pancakes:
- pancakes (you can get the recipe here)
- pasta (macaroni, ravioli, snails, tortellini, spaghetti...)
- bechamel
- cheese
Procedure for preparing lasagna with pancakes:
First, let's start baking pancakes. This is followed by the preparation of minced meat or desired filling. In the meantime, we can start cooking the pasta (you can also use different ones if you have any leftovers in the fridge). Place a pancake (instead of puff pastry) in a clay pan/container, brush it with meat mixture, sprinkle some pasta and grated cheese on it. The process is repeated until the top of the pan (or container). Finish with a pancake sprinkled with cheese and topped with béchamel. Cover and place in the oven, heated to 200 degrees Celsius, and let it bake for about 45 minutes. Most of the ingredients can be prepared in advance, so the preparation time can vary, including the baking time, depending on how baked you want the lasagna.
