The process for the best and easy tiramisu:
First, brew bitter coffee and let it cool. Separate the eggs into two bowls. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of sugar until stiff, and mix the egg yolks with the remaining half of the sugar until foamy. Add mascarpone cheese and rum or cognac to the yolks and mix gently. When a uniform mixture is obtained, carefully add the egg white snow.
