- 700 grams of powdered sugar
- 170 grams of flour
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar
- vanilla extract

The process of making Oreo cannelloni:
Next, separate the filling from the cookies with a knife and put the cookies in a blender. Mix until a fine powder is formed. Shake in a bowl and add flour and a spoonful of vegetable fat. Mix it up. Stir in the egg, add a good deciliter of water, a tablespoon of vinegar, knead the mass and form a lump from it (if the mass is too wet, add a little more flour, if it is too dry, add a little more water). Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Put powdered sugar in a bowl, add half a teaspoon of vanilla extract, a good deciliter of warm water, 75 grams of vegetable fat and mix well to get a homogeneous mixture. Transfer to a cake decorating bag (it can also be improvised) and place in the refrigerator for a short time. Meanwhile, on a floured surface, roll out the dough from the Oreo cookies and cut circles out of it (see video) and roll them into a pancake with the help of a rolling pin. Fry for 2 minutes in oil heated to 360 degrees Celsius. When the "pancake" has cooled, insert the filling. For decoration, you can crumble cookies and sprinkle cannelloni with crumbs. Have a good run!
