- instant polenta
- salt
- pepper
- parmesan
- pancetta
- zucchini
- asparagus
- Cherry tomato
- sesame (optional)
- olive oil
- ketchup (for dipping, you can also use tomato sauce or any other dip)
The process of preparing French fries from polenta with pancetta:
First, boil the polenta in salted water (gross: water ratio 1:3). Season the cooked polenta with pepper and stir in the Parmesan cheese. Pour everything into a baking tray lined with baking paper and flatten. Place in the refrigerator for about an hour to cool and harden. If you only want polenta fries, then just cut the cooled polenta into sticks and finally fry them in olive oil on all four sides for crispness and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
