Dimitri Bez, an industrial designer from Paris, drew inspiration for this unusual-looking boat from the timeless 1947 Sea Maid Ski. "Zebra", as he called it, is the embodiment of classic design and modern technology. In any case, a boat that will turn heads.
It is powered by powerful electric motors, which is nothing new among vessels, as they are from long ago 1880 and 1920 powered most of the boats just such engines, which were then replaced by internal combustion engines. "Zebra" consists of diagonally placed wooden and chrome slats and as such resembles African ungulate. Orange leather seats and an OLED touchscreen for navigation add flair prestige and modernity.
