For the seventh time in a row, the Lolita pastry shop is preparing Lolita's sweet culinary school, where Grega Rode from the Lolita Kaval Group pastry shop creates sinful desserts with us. This time we will create and "sin" with marshmallows, chocolate candies and New Year's cakes.
On September 29 this year, there is a pastry shop Lolita celebrated the victory for the best ice cream and the best ice cream destination in the world. Lolita earned the title in the innovative digital campaign Ice Cream Index of the World Marketing Agency of Ireland SoolNua (it was founded with the aim of discovering and selecting the best ice cream providers in various destinations around the world, which can also be tasted business guests), in which 30 providers from all over the world participated. After the end of the online voting, the international jury chose the best ice cream and ice cream destination in the world, and in both categories the first place was taken by the Lolita Kaval Group confectionary and thus put Slovenia on the world map of business meetings and events.

Confectioner Greg Roda will be to the participants 7. Lolita's Sweet Culinary School revealed many a sweet secret. This time we will dedicate ourselves chocolates. We will try to create marshmallow, we will make it from chocolate decorations, lollipops, candies, we will learn chocolate to break, we will roast nuts and prepared according to the season New Year's cake.
