September is the time for EXPONTO. This year it continues with the theme "New Bridges", and in the future they want to open new geographical, aesthetic, social and political fields.
EX PONTO, an international festival of performing arts, is recognized for its program, which combines superior theater aesthetics, social and political current affairs and persistently encourages festival co-production. EX PONTO, which takes place in September at various locations in Ljubljana, takes the visitor to the world of theatre, dance and film. He will open the festival this year Schweik in World War II in production Theater Vojdan Černodrinski and directed Martin Kočovski.
For the next eight days, at least one production will take place every day. We can take a look the performance of Pavan for Antigone, where intimate author confessions are interwoven, radiating the cry of modern man for reconciliation with himself and the world. They will be watching the film at the Slovenian Cinematheque The right man for capitalism and Mobitel. The first was directed by Dušan Moravec, and the second by Nedžad Begović. V Dance Theater Ljubljana we will be able to take a look Invisible 2# and Tobelija, which will also have its Slovenian premiere as part of the festival. This year's EX PONTO will end with the show Amarillo in the Anton Podbevšek Theater in Novi Sad.
