A great summer should also come to a great end. This will be ensured by the two-day film festival of independent film FilmMixer, which will take place in Kranj on August 29 and 30, 2014, which will thus become synonymous with a new and especially exciting film experience.
Carniola Layer's house will become the center of the FilmMixer independent film festival on August 29th and 30th and thereby herald the under-exposed work of independent film talents. The evenings will be reserved for showing feature-length and short films of independent production, and during the day there will be time for interesting workshops, lectures, games and, of course, quality discussions among film lovers.
The festival is organized by the Carniola Customs Institute and its team HudeShoezz was created on the initiative Mihe Knific, an established film multitalent, and Greg Švabič, a renowned music producer. They all share the belief that even beyond Hollywood there is a vibrant world of a different kind of film.
For a perfect end to the summer, make a reservation at the end of August for a visit to the historical center of Kranj, which, intertwined with the future of fast-developing independent film, will become a center of inspiration and motivation for film lovers and those who will FilmMixer they certainly became that.
