After a sold-out concert in Ljubljana's Križanke and after a series of solo and festival performances in European capitals, the band Laibach, with the release of their acclaimed album Spectre, continues with an offensive in the main cities of Slovenia in November and December.
Laibach, which has been popular since its founding in Trbovel's Red Districts in 1980 and is today the only relevant, internationally recognized, Slovenian "pop" group in the world, is playing a major part of this year's European tour with the presentation of its new album, and for the first time in its rich history of performances as well in China, Hong Kong, where she was welcomed with open arms.
Laibach thus continues his offensive through the main cities of Slovenia. The major part of the tour of the main cities of Slovenia will take place this year and will cover Novo mesto (21 November 2014, APT), Maribor (22 November 2014 at 20:00, SNG Maribor), Novo Gorica (28 November 2014 at 22:00, SNG Nova Gorica), Lendava (13 December 2014 at 20:00, GKD Lendava ) and Celje (December 19, 2014 at 7:30 p.m., SLG Celje). Some of the concerts in this group will be held as expected developed and completed in April and May of the following year. The special feature of this tour is also the fact that the band performs mainly in theater halls with seats. Why so? Because that people they can sit and meditate, as the world crumbles around them. Of course they can also get up and participate in the concert, if they feel the call. In this sense, Laibach is extremely democratic.
The ticket price is 19.99 euros in advance and 24.99 euros on the day of the concert. You can buy them at the sales points of the event premises and at eventim.si.
