Flow Festival, one of the most creative and unique music festivals in the world, is expanding beyond its home city of Helsinki for the first time in its history. The first Flow Festival Ljubljana will take place in the Slovenian capital from June 26 to 28, 2015. The confirmed list of musicians performing at Flow Festival Ljubljana already includes world-famous names such as Pet Shop Boys, Róisín Murphy, Metronomy, Run the Jewels, Caribou, José González, Derrick May, Âme, Dixon, Bonobo DJ set and DJ Koze.
In cooperation with Slovenian organizers, it was Flow Festival Helsinki decided to organize Flow Festival Ljubljana, which, like Helsinki's Flow, will focus on fresh and inspiring music, urban culture, visual art and a selected catering offer from local and regional restaurants, breweries and wine cellars. Flow Festival Ljubljana will take place in a busy industrial environment Tobacco town.
The confirmed list of musicians performing at the Flow Festival Ljubljana already includes world-famous names such as Pet Shop Boys, Róisín Murphy, Metronomy, Run the Jewels, Caribou, José González, Derrick May, Âme, Dixon, Bonobo DJ set and DJ Koze, as well as outstanding local and regional music artists such as Bad Copy, Edo Maajka, Polona Kasal x KALU and Torul. More than 30 foreign and domestic performances will take place in three venues. Artistic directors Tuomas Kallio and Toni Rantanen are in charge of the program scheme together with local organizers Mikko Lehtinen, Jan Senčur and Urho Koršič.

Ljubljana has never had the opportunity to host a music festival of such a large format. The inaugural Flow Festival Ljubljana will strive to, in addition to quality entertainment, expand the cultural offer in the region and establish a successful and long-term platform for artists, entrepreneurs and local communities. At the same time, the festival is strongly environmentally aware and oriented towards the use of recycled materials, renewable energy sources and the use of sustainable products.
Flow Festival Ljubljana expects a large number of visitors from neighboring countries, as well as from the whole of Europe and, last but not least, its native Finland, who will surely contribute even more to the already established image of Ljubljana as one of the most popular European tourist destinations.
Three-day "early bird" tickets will be available from March 4, for 85 euros. From the beginning of April, when one-day tickets also go on sale, ticket prices will be all three festival days amounted to 95 euros.
