Between two beautiful mountain rivers, Tolminka and Soča, the metal music festival MetalDays returns on July 19. This year, the stars of the one-week festival will be Black Label Society, Dream Theater, Fear Factory, Arch Enemy, Hatebreed, Accept, Behemoth, Saxon and others.
MetalDays a festival is a holiday in the true sense of the word. The festival offers an incredibly relaxed atmosphere, perfect to forget about everyday worries. Once we let ourselves in, we will no doubt enjoy what is probably the craziest vacation of our lives.
The festival is underway at Sotočje in Tolmin, which lies between two beautiful mountain rivers, Tolminka and Soča. Within the festival area, there are two beaches intended for sunbathing and swimming. Rivers are not the only reason why the location of the festival is so tempting. Tolmin is located only about 65 kilometers from the Mediterranean coast, which only increases the holiday mood.
This year's line-up it contains both big names of metal music and new bands. This is how they will perform Black Label Society, Dream Theater, Fear Factory, Arch Enemy, Hatebreed, Accept, Behemoth, Cannibal Corpse, Carcass, Saxon, Anvil, Devin Townsend Project, Hardcore Superstar, Kataklysm, Noctiferia and others.
Camping is free, but only upon presentation of a valid festival ticket.
