A crazy culinary week, 69 restaurants all over Slovenia, 14 euros, three courses, gourmet excesses... - these are just a few glimpses of the Restaurant Week tomorrow.
Restaurant Week is an event (weekly, anyway) that promotes superb Slovenian cuisine and that right on the field. This year, the number of participating caterers is even greater than last year, and in March we have a choice 69 top restaurants all over Slovenia, who offer their culinary surpluses with three courses at a price fourteen euros.
This year, Restaurant Week will take place just like that twice – the first time from tomorrow until next Sunday and the second time in the fall. "The essence of Restaurant Week is excellence, so the basic selection criterion is quality, which means: we invited restaurants that we evaluated in Sunday, and among those evaluated, only those whose chefs we think will prepare superb special menus; those that would be evaluated with a rating of at least four suns", wrote the selector of Restaurant Week and culinary critic Nedel Uros Mencinger, who emphasized the extraordinary interest of the guests, therefore suggests that reservations be made as soon as possible.
