The Bleep Bleeps collection transforms sterile and impersonal objects such as a baby monitor or thermometer into fun and stylish gadgets for parents.
Behind the idea of a family of little friends, products from the Bleep Bleeps collection, is the designer Tom Evans, who - when he became a father himself - began to miss interesting parental gadgets. So he started drawing eyes and smiles on completely sterile everyday objects to make them more family friendly. Since then, Tom Evans has been developing a series of gadgets for parents that, on the surface, look like cute toys.
The first prototype from the collection was the Tony Tempa digital thermometer. As these are completely fresh ideas, we can only order the Sammy Screamer Baby Motion Sensor at the moment. The pregnancy tester is also getting its own look, and we can expect a bunch of accessories in a new guise. If until now we hid these small, absolutely necessary accessories in the cupboards, now we can put them on display for everyone to see. They will brighten the day of many people with their cute image.
As more and more things in our lives have the potential to connect to our smartphones, it was kind of a logical path in developing this collection. All Bleep Bleeps devices therefore connect to a smartphone via an app and communicate information to parents. Tom Evans has combined parenting, essential gadgets and beautiful design in this collection.
