The story follows to the Murry family. They are in the foreground teenage girl Meg and her genius a five-year-old brother, Charles Wallace. Meg's friend Calvin also joins them in the upcoming adventure and they must together to solve the disappearance of Meg and Charles' father. He is a scientist and one day they are visited by a mysterious lady Whatsit, who reveals to them that their father's experiments may have been more successful than they thought, and that he traveled in space and time. The children thus follow him to the planet Camzotz.
In the cast we can find a bunch of young up-and-coming actors and stars like Reese Witherspoon, Chris Pine also Oprah Winfrey. She took care of the direction Ava DuVernay, which produced acclaimed films Selma (2014) and 13th (2016). The film will be in cinemas March next year.
