The road warrior that paved the way for the post-apocalyptic movie is back. After 30 years (May 15, 2015) of a celluloid drought, Mad Max returns to the desert, where scorpions, of course the human kind, are once again stalking him. The role of the anti-hero in this violent, brutal and sadistic franchise has been taken over from Mel Gibson by Tom Hardy, who recently rose to fame in a dark role as Bane in The Dark Knight Rises.
Just give us a trailer Mad Max: Fury Road (there is no official Slovenian translation yet) doesn't give much away and even if it doesn't paint an optimistic picture of the future, the director George Miller he did not build the story on sand. Admittedly, the Oscar-winning director (for Vesele nogice/Happy feet) had to change the actor, which can always be problematic, but Mel Gibson was for the role of young Max, the lone rider and cynical a warrior, who once again clashes with a bloodthirsty motorcycle gang whose favorite perfume is octane and gunpowder, just too old.

If Gibson is missing, he's not missing in the first trailer explosions and blood, which is the common thread, or better, the common thread of this franchise s a fetish for violence.
