This year, drivers were especially afraid of snow, as the new regulations on road maintenance relaxed the obligations of winter service. With the icy and snowy roads, many people are probably tired of the plowing system they have in Russia. There, a whole fleet of plowing vehicles goes to work together and the roads are plowed in no time.
