The beginnings of "wakeboarding" date back to the second half of the 90s, and ever since then this adrenaline activity, which is a mixture of skiing and waterboarding, has been plagued by one feature - it needs a speedboat to pull it. But thanks to two enterprising Swedes, today we have a "self-sufficient" jet-powered Raddin wakeboard that will leave them on the shore.
Raddin "wakeboard" is a waterboard (with bindings) on electric drive, which means that the surfer does not need an external source of power (traction) for tricks and enjoyment on the water surface, but only a wireless controller that sends commands to the internal jet drive from light lithium batteries hidden behind carbon fiber ) shell.
