2019 Mercedes-Maybach S: Refreshed with significantly more luxury

Refreshed Mercedes-Maybach S is distinguished from the Mercedes-Benz S sedan by the front fascia, which has vertical rather than horizontal slats. Several s are added around the car chrome plated surfaces, which further highlights the luxury. The biggest difference will be noticed on the side profile. The Maybach S measures just right 5,461 meters in length and has a long wheelbase of 3.365 meters. This means that the Maybach S is 254 millimeters longer than the Mercedes S-Class. The increased length will be noticed most by passengers in the back seats. The Mercedes-Maybach S will be available in two-tone body combination and that in nine combinations. To make the color of the new Maybach really shine, it is covered with two layers of clear lacquer, and before these final layers are applied, the workers sand by hand base color to show it in all its glory.

The Mercedes-Maybach will be available with two engines. S560 4MATIC has turbocharged 4-liter 8-cylinder V engine with 463 horsepower and 700 Nm of torque. This is enough to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in little more than 4.8 seconds. If you chose S650, we would get turbocharged 6-liter 12-cylinder V engine with 621 horsepower and 1,001 Nm of torque. Despite the considerably greater power, the engine brings so much weight to the car that it is only 0.2 seconds faster when accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h.

The interior of the Mercedes-Maybach is even more luxurious than it was until now. Exclusive color combinations such as brown and black are available Armagnac or a beige and black color combination Savannah. Besides, it is black Nappa leather  available with bronze, gold or platinum stitching. Passengers in the back row have available elegant Executive seats and an even greater choice of ambient light than in the Mercedes-Benz S.
