The 26th Slovenian Advertising Festival (SOF), the most important annual event of the marketing and communication profession, invites you to Portorož on April 6 and 7. The festival remains in an elite location in a beautiful seaside environment, and will explore the importance of the human factor in advertising.
The latter is the key factor that overlooks a good idea or recognizes its power to break through to the forefront of our attention. Participants can expect a top-class program, a viewing of the exhibition of submitted works participating in the competition for the most prestigious domestic advertising awards, Friday's golden night with the awarding of awards, and plenty of opportunities for socializing and entertainment.
Who will be on the podium?
Dieter De Ridder is the co-author of one of the most shared and most awarded ads Push the Drama Button created for the TNT TV channel. The executive creative director of the Belgian agency Air Brussels has received many prestigious awards for his work, such as Cannes Lions, Eurobest, Clio, The One Show and many others.
M.Sc. Ladeja Godina Kosir is the initiator of the Circular Change platform and co-creator of Giacomelli Media. In managerial and executive roles, he has more than 20 years of international experience in the field of strategic marketing, brand management, communication and media. Ladeja is a connector by nature, creative at heart, and in practice an entrepreneur and consultant.
Matija Goljar, the founder and head of Prvajalnik, wanted to become an astronaut as a child and still hopes to fly into space one day. The idea of the Creator grew while he was lecturing high school students about entrepreneurship. Today, 50 entrepreneurship workshops operate in Slovenian secondary schools as part of the entrepreneurial sandbox, and they are also expanding abroad. This year, Matija hosted the show Start, Slovenia!
Ivona Janjič he has been working in the field of marketing for 13 years and enjoys his work very much. She uses her valuable experience in her daily work in the role of retail marketing director of Agrokor Group, which operates in five countries. Ivona works daily with a team of marketing experts in five markets.
Simona Kruhar Gaberšček while studying marketing at the Faculty of Economics in Ljubljana, she began to learn about journalistic work. She worked in the commercial editorial office of the newspaper company Dnevnik, she was employed at the then Cankarje publishing house, then at the Publishing House Mladinska knjiga, and today she is the executive editor of the Marketing Magazin magazine.
M.Sc. Nataša Mohorč Kejžar is the director of research at IPSOS Slovenia, which is part of one of the world's largest market research companies. Nataša is also responsible for media and advertising research in the company and advises on brand management, based on her many years of experience gained from working in advertising agencies and multinational companies.
Gregory Roekens, future technology officer at Gray Europe, successfully combines his knowledge in the field of electronic engineering and software development with 15 years of marketing and advertising experience and a visionary outlook. At the Gray agency, he works with European leaders and helps them understand and implement new technologies in their companies. Its motto is "Experience tomorrow today".
Luka Zevnik is co-founder and director of product development at Blckb Applied Neuroscience. He is a specialist in understanding and applying the latest advances in brain imaging technology and other biometric data to address a wide range of strategic and practical challenges.
