Smoothies similar beverages first appeared in the 1930s on the West Coast of the United States. They were made from finely ground fresh fruit, fruit juice and ice. At first, they were only popular with fans of healthy and precise nutrition, but today they are found almost everywhere healthy eating trend. The reasons for the popularity of smoothies are mainly that they are quickly prepared, they are healthy, filling, contain many vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, which are necessary for the normal functioning of the organism. Today, we prepare both fruit and vegetable dishes, into which we can mix various food additives.

Ingridients
- bigger apple
- 2 cups of spinach
- 3 teaspoons of chopped coriander
- 1 lemon
- 1 cup of freshly squeezed orange juice
- 2 teaspoons of ginger
- 1/3 of a banana
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Chop all the ingredients and put them in a blender. Mix until a homogeneous mixture is formed.

- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1 cup of fruit yogurt

- 2 dcl of water
