  • 500 g of spaghetti
  • 4 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt
  • A handful of freshly ground pepper

Preparation
Boil salted water and cook the spaghetti. Meanwhile, mix butter with olive oil and Parmesan cheese. When the spaghetti is cooked, drain it and save half a cup of the water in which it was cooked. Toss the spaghetti in a mixture of oil, butter and Parmesan and mix well. Add a cup of water, salt and pepper.

  • 5 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 pinches of oregano
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • 1 eggplant
  • 1 bee
  • 1 pumpkin
  • 2 flasks

  • 3 tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons of thyme
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation
Heat the oven to 180 ºC. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the garlic. Add oregano. Cut the vegetables into rings. Place a layer of vegetables in the baking dish, pour over oil, garlic and tomato sauce. We repeat the process until we run out of ingredients. Add salt and pepper. Bake for about 25 minutes.

  • 1 kg of new potatoes
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • 500 g of salmon fillet
  • 1 tablespoon of melted butter
  • ¼ teaspoon sweet paprika

Preparation
Heat the oven to 200ºC. Wash the potatoes, dry them and rub them with olive oil. Bake the potatoes in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Fry the salmon fillet with melted butter, paprika, salt and pepper. Add the fillets to the potatoes and bake for another 5-7 minutes. Drizzle with lemon juice and serve.

Ingridients

  • 8 pieces of chicken (breasts and legs)
  • salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 4 slices of bacon, cut into pieces
  • 1 large sweet onion, cut into pieces
  • 3 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 500 grams of champignons, sliced
  • 2 cups of dry white wine
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard
  • ½ cup cooking cream
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley

Preparation
Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until well browned (about 4 minutes per side). Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside. Add the bacon to the pan and cook for about 3 minutes. Add the onion and fry quickly until translucent (5 minutes). Add the garlic and mushrooms and sauté until the mushrooms soften, 5 to 6 minutes. Add the chicken, pour in the wine, stir in the mustard and bring to a boil. Cover the pan and let it simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or until the chicken is almost completely cooked. Uncover the pan and add the cream. Stir to thicken the sauce and cook the chicken through, 8 to 10 minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
