Hotel Park was supposed to welcome its first visitors last year, but the doors will really open in April 2019. It is an investment worth HRK 600 million (around 80 million euros), and the hotel will boast 5 stars. It will have 209 hotel rooms and 6 restaurants. The prestigious architectural studio 3LHD is behind this famous project.
Hilton Garden Inn, Zagreb
Recently, the Canopy by Hilton hotel opened in Zagreb, and this year another hotel from the Hiton family, the Hilton Garden Inn, is opening in Croatia. The opening date is not yet known, nor is the appearance of the hotel, but the investment in the hotel is known: HRK 75 million (around 10 million euros). The hotel will be aimed at the general public and will be located near the Green Gold Centar shopping center in Zagreb.
Valamar Collections Marea Suites, Poreč
A luxury family hotel on a sandy beach will stand on the site of a former apartment complex. Guests will be only a few steps away from the beautiful beach, and the hotel itself will have a lot of additional facilities that will be ideal for families with children who want a little more from their vacation.
The Palace Hvar Hotel
According to the information, this will be the only heritage hotel on Hvar, and it will have 50 luxuriously furnished rooms and many additional benefits. The opening is scheduled for 2019, and the project, which is owned by Sunčanog Hvar, is worth HRK 150 million (around EUR 20 million).
Hotel Ambassador, Split
This is one of the most important investments for Split. The new Ambassador will have 101 rooms and suites, and 17 million euros will be invested in the hotel. The architect Neno Kezić is behind the project, and the owner of the hotel is none other than Klaus Alex Birkenstock, the world-famous manufacturer of footwear of the same name.

This is another project that was announced for 2018, namely the Roxanich Hotel and Winery in Motovun. The Roxanich Heritage Wine Hotel is set to finally open its doors this year, and the focus will be on the beautiful wine cellar. The hotel will have 28 rooms and 4 apartments.
Hotel Bellevue, Dubrovnik
This hotel will undergo a complete renovation, and the investors are expected to invest HRK 400,000 per room (around EUR 54,000). It is one of the largest hotel investments, and the hotel is said to have been designed according to the ideas of the Portuguese designer Teresa Prego. It will open its doors to guests in the spring of 2019.
