A feature-length documentary is coming to HBO that you don't want to miss! The first episode of the final season of Game of Thrones hits the small screen on April 19, and in honor of this fantasy masterpiece and its success since 2011, HBO has prepared a documentary that will take you behind the scenes of the filming.
Project Game of Thrones: The Last Watch has been in the making for some time, and director Jeanie Finlay got a behind-the-scenes look at the series unique access. Thus, we can expect that the full-length documentary will provide a lot of exclusive information.
According to HBO's press release, the docuseries is a "comprehensive and personal account that follows the entire team as they deal with extreme weather conditions, dates and an increasingly excited fan base that craves 'spoilers.'" Fortunately, we won't have to wait long: the documentary is scheduled to air on HBO May 26, a week after the series finale. Get the tissues ready!
