Cycling is one of the most environmentally friendly modes of transportation. In Poland, they recently opened a new cycle path that lights up blue at night. And no, not blue just because it was a very blue idea, but also because the bike path really does turn blue, fluorescent blue. Take a look at this wonderful work by TPA Instytut Badań Technicznych Sp. z o. o
Light cycle path, which can be found near Lidzbark Warminski in the north of Poland, is work TPA Instytut Badań Technicznych Sp. z o. o It is made of synthetic material that can give light for up to 10 hours. And where does the light come from? Take care of it the sun, which 'fills' the cycle path during the day.

They sought inspiration for the illuminated bike path from Studio Roosegaarde and their illuminated bike path Starry Night in the Netherlands, although the technology is quite different. The Dutch version uses an LED light, while the Polish version uses an illuminated cycle path it 'lives' only from the sun. At the moment, the cycle path is in the testing phase, but we sincerely hope that this bright and blue idea will find fertile ground here as well.
