This time, traditional roadside cafes with glowing neon signs are replaced by a sophisticated design surrounded by reflective mirrors. The unusual architectural form grew out of ideas from the Japanese studio Bandesign.
City Gifu in Japan especially during the cherry blossom season, it is besieged by tourists who are there to see the unusual sight. That is roadside cafe, a studio project Banddesign, which is dressed in reflective mirrors. The glowing mirrors reflect the beautiful trees and the surrounding residential buildings in a rather abstract way, which is a very special backdrop for many photographers. The garden around the cafe is arranged symmetrically, which draws interesting reflections on the facade from the mirrors. Its interior is also finished, which bets on coexistence with nature and interior diversity.
