Breaded champignons are a dish that can be eaten on its own or as a side dish to salads, potatoes, vegetables, etc. We are sure that even meat lovers will enjoy it when they taste it champions they won't miss anymore. Breaded mushrooms
Ingredients
- 400 grams of breadcrumbs
- 100 grams of flour
- 150 ml of milk
- 10 major champions
- a spoonful of lemon juice
- oil for frying
- salt and pepper to taste
- 6 tablespoons of chopped parsley
Directions
- Wash and dry the parsley. Mix fresh parsley and breadcrumbs in a blender until you get a finely ground mixture. Add salt and pepper if desired.
- Pour lemon juice into the milk and let it stand for ten minutes.
- Clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices about one centimeter thick.
- Spread all the breading ingredients on the kitchen surface: sift the flour, milk with lemon and breadcrumbs into three bowls separately.
- Now it's the turn of the champignons. Dip each champignon in flour, milk and finally in parsley crumbs, then place in a preheated oven for about three minutes to get a crispy golden-brown crust.
- Fried mushrooms are served with mayonnaise sauce.
