- 250 g Oreo cookies (for the bottom)
- 100 g of butter (melted)
- 600 g of cream cheese (e.g. Philadelphia)
- 200 g of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 3 eggs
- 200 ml of sweet cream
- 150 g crushed Oreo cookies (for filling)
- 100 g Oreo cookies (for decoration)
Directions
1. Preparation of the bottom: First, crush the Oreo cookies (250 g) into crumbs. Mix the cookie crumbs with the melted butter until you get a uniform mass. Then spread this mixture evenly on the bottom of a cake pan (diameter 23 cm), press well against the bottom and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. 2. Preparation of the filling: In a large bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Then mix in the vanilla extract and eggs - one at a time. At the end, add sweet cream and crushed Oreo cookies (150 g). Mix until the mass is completely homogeneous. 3. Assembly and baking: Pour the filling evenly over the bottom of the cookie. Place the cake pan in an oven heated to 160°C and bake for 60 minutes. The cheesecake is ready when the filling is firm on the edges and still slightly soft in the middle. 4. Cooling: After baking, allow the cheesecake to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours (preferably overnight). 5.
