Abre Lamp: Ambient lamp inspired by traditional craftsmanship

Abre Lamp presents a contemporary design inspired by traditional wood and pottery crafts. The lamp is made of natural materials and allows the user to dim the bulb at will by raising and lowering the upper part and create a perfect ambient light, suitable for every moment.

Ambient lamp for home Abre Lamp is the ideal solution for creating an intimate atmosphere when we need it. Industrial designer Carlos Jiménez is a young Spanish designer who mixes his own in his work Mediterranean roots and modern Scandinavian aesthetics, which he became well acquainted with after moving to Sweden in 2011.

His latest product, the Ambre Lamp, made a mark wood and pottery crafts, and despite the fact that the lamp is presented in a wood-ceramic combination, it is also available in a completely ceramic and glass version. We will not find a light button on the lamp, because we will light it in such a way that we will lifted her "lid". By raising and lowering it, we will dim the bulb as desired and thus create a suitable ambient light for the moment in question - the more we raise it, the brighter it will shine.
