Ingredients

    Ingridients:
  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons hot water (just boiling)
  • 120 ml milk (cow's or plant-based)
  • ice cubes (optional)

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine instant coffee, sugar, and hot water.
  2. Beat with an electric mixer for about 2-4 minutes until the mixture is thick, fluffy, and lighter in color. If you are beating by hand, it will take 8-10 minutes.
  3. Pour cold milk into a tall glass. For a refreshing version, add a few ice cubes.
  4. Carefully apply the coffee foam to the milk with a spoon.
  5. You can stir the contents lightly before drinking or enjoy it in layers, where the foam slowly intertwines with the milk.
For extra charm, sprinkle a little cocoa, ground cinnamon, or grated dark chocolate. Add a drop of vanilla for extra flavor.
