Women have been using aromatic oils for health, beauty and seduction for thousands of years. In this one-of-a-kind aromatherapy workshop, we will touch on all three areas; we will look at essential oils for health and well-being, essential oils for body care, and essential oils with aphrodisiac properties.
In the first part, we will discuss essential oils that are especially suitable for women (lavender, geranium, clary sage, sweet orange, rose, jasmine). We will learn how essential oils affect the hormonal system and how they can be used to alleviate certain problems (PMS, menopause problems, stress, postpartum depression, candida). In the second part, we will present vegetable oils and hydrolates and their use for the care of different skin types. We will pay special attention to natural ingredients that soften wrinkles and help remove cellulite. In the third part, we will learn Cleopatra's secrets of seduction and discuss essential oils that can be used to increase libido.
In the practical part of the workshop, you will have the opportunity to work with all the mentioned essential and plant oils - you will make a personal therapeutic mixture, a nourishing serum for the face and an aphrodisiac spray for the body. So that you leave the workshop glowing and full of energy, we will also learn some exercises for facial rejuvenation. The workshop is intended for all women who want to take care of their own health and improve their general well-being.
