Audi is entering the largest market segment in the world, the class of compact sedans, this fall in Slovenia with the A3 sedan model. The dynamic four-door boasts all the features of the A3 series.
Due to its light construction, it has a low mass, it is powered by powerful and high-efficiency aggregates, and it can also boast of many above-standard solutions in the field of multimedia and assistance systems. It will be the most powerful model in the new series S3 sedan with a power of 221 kW (300 hp).
Exterior design
Audi A3 sedan comes to the roads with a sporty image, precision and expressiveness of all details. With its design, it combines the classic 'three box' concept and the coupé philosophy. The tornado line forms a distinct bright edge that runs along the entire side. Overhangs are short. The wheelbase of the four-door is 2.64 meters, and the overall length is 4.46 meters.
The design of the front hood, bumper, air intake and radiator grille with a one-piece frame on the four-door also follows its line. At the rear, the air deflector is integrated into the trunk lid, and the lights emphasize the horizontal line with their wide and low design. If desired, it is available for rear lights LED technology. From the very start of sales, Audi will also offer headlights with integral LED technology, which with their innovation and striking image bear witness to their exceptional position A3 sedans.
Interior
Interior Audi A3 sedans shows great attention to detail. Lines and surfaces are clearly delineated, a long arch rises under the windshield. The instrument panel with a smooth front part is slim, and the center console is slightly turned towards the driver. The optional Driver Information System (VIS) color screen displays graphics with extreme precision 3D effect.
If the vehicle is equipped with at least an MMI radio, it also has an integrated MMI control system with an electrically adjustable screen. Its terminal is located on the center tunnel console. The electromechanical parking brake is activated when the button is pressed. The steering wheel has three or four spokes, depending on the version. In addition, the buyer can opt for a steering wheel with a flat lower part and multifunction buttons and shift paddles. V Audi if you wish, they install sports seats in the front. In the Ambition version, this is already standard equipment; in this case, sport S-seats with an integrated headrest are available as an option.
Equipment
The new Audi A3 sedan enters the market with extensive standard equipment. A knee airbag for the driver is also included in the restraint package. Colored drivers information system (VIS) in the Ambition and Ambiente versions, it includes a program for greater efficiency, which includes the display of the selected gear, incl. with the recommended gear. Optional assistance systems are also already known from vehicles of higher classes. Adaptive cruise control (ACC) system ensures that the A3 sedan maintains the desired distance to the vehicle in front up to a speed of 150 km/h; with the assistance package, which combines several systems, this control range is increased to a speed of up to 200 km/h. In combination with the S tronic gearbox, ACC also offers the Stop&Go function for lower speeds.

Z A3 sedan Audi enters the largest market segment in the world, the class of compact sedans. In Germany and many other European countries, this four-door hatchback will be on sale from this fall. The base price of the 1.4 TFSI and 1.6 TDI models in Slovenia will be 24,640 euros.
