Humans are most used to the natural light provided by the sun. But the sun is not always enough, so we extend the days with artificial light, which we also use during the day. And since we feel best in daylight, many lamps try to imitate it. But no one has managed to do it as well as the Fade Task Light table lamp, which simulates almost any natural light, even the setting sun.

Sometimes I walk around the keyboard, sometimes in nature. One time I twist the heels, the other time the kitchen. I press the trigger once, the pedals a second time. And one time I play the role of a moviegoer, another time a nanny. Life offers such a wide range of things that it would be pointless to dip your brush in just a color or two, right?
Facebook and smartphone have become like ass and shirt. More and more users use the most popular social network on the go, through a dedicated application. But Facebook is a greedy business, and not everyone has the most powerful smartphone. And since low-cost devices have recently flooded the market, Facebook is now meeting these users with a "diet" version of the mobile application that does not require such a fast Internet connection and powerful hardware.
All of us who cannot afford to fly in first or business class are condemned to economy class, which means that during the flight we are squeezed between strangers, often even between our own knees and without any privacy. To make such flights more pleasant for passengers, two Israeli students at the Bezalel Academy of Art and Design have prepared the B-Tourist Strip, an elastic accessory for the seat, which is a "hammock" or "Spanish wall" for the head and neck.
When you think of a sofa, you certainly don't imagine a piece of light furniture, something that you can freely move around whenever you want. But what if we told you that there is an extremely light and mobile sofa made of cardboard with a load capacity of up to 150 kilograms, which, on top of everything, rocks like a rocking chair. Maybe it's not as nice as a leather sofa, but if you've just moved in and you don't have the money for it yet, there's no reason to be without a sofa until then.
Would you like a delicious milkshake right now? Nutella preferably? But what actually separates us from the fact that this divine drink is not on our menu every day? It usually requires quite a few ingredients and a blender, which means additional dishwashing. But the team behind the Plated culinary site simply bypassed all that for the Nutella milk drink. Check out how!
Are you interested in what celebrities are reading? What do we find on the shelves of Oprah Winfrey, David Bowie, Bill Clinton, Stephen King, Madonna, Barack Obama, Vladimir Putin and characters from shows like Sheldon Cooper (Big Popcorn) and Dwight Schrute (The Office)? Or what kind of literature did the late names such as Ernest Hemingway, John Lennon and Albert Einstein refer to? Here's an infographic showing what literature celebrities swear by.
Have you ever listened to your own voice? And we don't mean the internal one, but your voice on a recording or voicemail? Do you hate him too? Well, welcome to the club that 99 percent of the people in this world belong to. But why do we hate our own voice? Why is the voice we hear in our head so different from the one on the recording? We'll get to the bottom of this below.
The ASUS Pen Stick is a miniature computer that could easily be mistaken for a USB memory stick. But it is much more than that. It is a powerful pocket PC that even the latest Windows 10 operating system presents no problems. Its "means of communication" for connecting to an external device is the HDMI interface, and dealers will part with it from autumn 2015 onwards for a calculated price of 135 euros.
Why should the products we use in the kitchen and elsewhere at home have standard shapes, when household appliances can be cute, original and practical. That's why we have collected a series of those that burst with creativity and will liven up any home and even such ordinary tasks as watering flowers or cutting a pizza.
Mobilité is a simple and at the same time brilliant solution that will delight skate fans. Tim Defleur and Benjamin Helle, who are standing behind the chair, are well aware of how difficult it is to be, especially for people who like to skate and are more open-minded, locked in an office for several hours. Now they will be able to skate to the coffee machine. The chair is a combination of a skate (as a backrest) and a work chair (a chair without a backrest) and is also a great replacement for those who use office chairs to drive back and forth to the photocopier because they are too lazy to get up and walk.
On the surface, it looks like a 'before and after' photo, but this is not one of those series. If you look closely, you will see that the designer from Ukraine, Pavel Vetrov, painted half of the room completely white, and painted the other part with graffiti. Half of the room is therefore completely minimalistic, while the other part is maximalist from head to toe, with many colors and patterns typical of street art. A sharp dividing line runs between them exactly in the middle of the room, as if drawn with a ruler.
Not long after the launch of the Ljubljana Beach Volley Challenge volleyball spectacle, which took place on the hot sand on Kongresni trg, the organizers promised that the event would become traditional. And they kept their word, because the international tournament is coming back to the heart of Ljubljana, and volleyball fans will come to their own expense this year between July 30 and August 1, 2015. Last year's event exceeded expectations, and the organizers have only sweet concerns based on the experience, like are, to provide larger stands.
