Recipe for Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins
Ingridients for pumpkin chocolate chip cake:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon allspice
- ¾ teaspoon ginger
- ¼ teaspoon grated nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- ¾ teaspoon of salt
- 1 cup of crumbled butter
- 1 ¼ cups white sugar
- 1 large egg
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of pumpkin puree (roast the pumpkin in the oven, hollow it out and puree it)
- 1 packet of chocolate chips
Instructions for Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins:
Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Cover the baking tray with baking paper. Mix the flour, baking powder and salt in a medium bowl. In another bowl, mix butter and sugar with an electric mixer, add vanilla and egg and mix until a uniform mixture is obtained. Add pumpkin puree and chocolate chips at the end. Spread the mass on the baking sheet and bake until the edges pull away from the edge of the baking sheet (about 40 minutes). Cool the cake, cut into cubes and serve. Bon Appetit!
