A healthy no-bake apple pie recipe
Ingridients:
- 3 dates
- 1 cup of nuts
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- ½ cup chocolate chips
- ¼ cup (almond) milk
- 2 apples, thinly sliced
Instructions
Grind 3 dates in an electric mixer (remove the pits beforehand), a cup of nuts, a teaspoon of vanilla extract, a teaspoon of honey (you can also use agave syrup) and a tablespoon of water. Grind well and cover a small ceramic dish with the mixture.
Melt the chocolate pieces and almond milk in a steam bath and then cover the bottom of the cake with the chocolate mixture. Place in the refrigerator and let the mixture harden.
Wash two apples and cut them into thin slices. Line the top of the cake with them and serve. If desired, sprinkle the cake with cinnamon. Bon Appetit!
