If you didn't just turn 18 last week and are a car enthusiast, then you've definitely heard of the name De Tomaso Pantera, which represented the end under the name of the seventies the fear and trembling of supersport competition.

The Italian boutique manufacturer of sports coupes has never experienced the fame and success of the Ferrari and Lamborghini brands, but even today it still has many followers around the world. But they were certainly delighted when the renowned American tuning company Ring Brothers brought theirs to this year's SEMA show in Las Vegas modern interpretation of this the legendary sports coupe.

For the production of this study vehicle, experts from a renowned tuning company from Wisconsin just took it specimen of the Pantera model from 1971, on which they changed practically everything. The bodywork is made entirely from scratch, namely from combination of aluminum and carbon fiber, which guarantees it an extremely low weight, and the design was guided by the fact that the model should resemble the original as closely as possible, but should still function as modern as possible.

The interior upholstery was provided by the renowned manufacturer of sports equipment - Nike, and the electronics and other technical systems were provided by Alpine. Under the hood is one of GM's most reliable V8 engines named LS, which in the modern interpretation of the panther is capable of 600 hp. Maybe, depending on the demand, this company will consider a small series of one of the most exotic models of its time.
