  • almond milk
  • organic honey
  • a ripe banana

Directions

  1. Pour a little water into the bowl, add the oatmeal and chia seeds and mix well. Put the mixture in the refrigerator overnight.
  2. The next morning, add almond milk, honey and banana to the mixture and mix everything well in a blender.
